The pilot form stores the business name, contact name, email, optional phone number, and call use case you submit. It is used only to assess and respond to that request. It is not sold.
The demo asks for microphone access only after you press start. Audio is sent through the live AI voice service to run the conversation. This website does not save call audio. Demo booking details stay in the current browser session and do not create a real appointment. A one-way hash of the network identifier is kept briefly to enforce the demo limit and prevent abuse.
The console stores the business facts you approve for the agent and the booking or callback details captured during a test. Only the signed-in business owner can read or change that information. Test actions do not contact a customer or alter a live calendar.
Every production setup defines its own approved data, integrations, retention, and human handoff rules before calls go live. Recording is off unless the business has a lawful reason, a retention policy, and clear caller notice.
Reply to the pilot contact message to request access, correction, or deletion of the details you submitted.
