Who we are

Wired to Perform is operated by Noel Varghese, based in Melbourne, Australia. It runs a free athlete performance app, two paid products for that app, and an AI voice and solutions service for businesses. Questions about any of it go to the contact address below.

What we sell

Payments are taken through Stripe for purchases and subscriptions only. We do not take donations or tips.

• The WIRED guide — a one-off purchase of a digital PDF, A$19, delivered instantly after payment and yours to keep.
• Wired Pro — an optional subscription for the athlete app that keeps your full history and trend reads. A$4.99 per month or A$49.90 per year, with a 7-day free trial. The core app stays free.
• Voice and AI solutions — a business service. Pilots are free; paid engagements are quoted and agreed per client, not sold on this site.

Billing and renewals

The guide is charged once. Wired Pro is a recurring subscription: after any free trial, it renews automatically each month or year at the price above until you cancel. Prices are in Australian dollars. Your card statement shows a Wired to Perform charge.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked on your Pro page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel before a free trial ends and you are not charged.

Refunds

The guide: 14 days, no argument. If it is not worth what you paid, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you can keep the PDF.

Wired Pro: cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period you paid for ends. If a renewal caught you out, email us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, not as described, or charged in error, we fix it. We would always rather sort out a genuine problem than keep a payment you are unhappy with.
